After a nearly 20 year hiatus from the music business, Karen Lovely started singing the blues again in 2007. The Karen Lovely Band formed a year later and in that short time the band has delivered performances that have consistently earned them critical acclaim and standing ovations at venues such as the International Blues Challenge, Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival, the Britt Festival, the Klamath Blues Festival and the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Green Show.
